Acoustical Core:

Thermo - formed 0.125" co-polymer plastic convex core with faceted sides.

Type 1 = Core only

Type 2 = Core and 4-6 lb. density. Rigid fiberglass bonded to concave rear surface of diffuser.

Finish:
Plain lemon peel texture (standard color is white with custom colors available) or acoustically transparent 100% woven polyester 66 inches wide, 2-ply, 16 ounce fabric. The fabric is bonded directly to the panel face with all edges wrapped a minimum of 1-1/2 inches to the back of the panel to ensure a flat, wrinkle-free surface with tailored corners. Specified and other fabrics available.
